TCP Software Appoints Jane Snyder as CMO to Accelerate Growth and Drive Customer-Centricity

Austin, TX – February 21, 2023 TCP Software, a leading provider of employee time, attendance, and scheduling solutions, today announced that Jane Snyder has been appointed to the role of Chief Marketing Officer. Snyder brings strong vertical expertise in the education sector across a broad range of leadership roles in marketing, HR, business development, and operations. Under Snyder, TCP will build on its customer-first culture and drive go-to-market initiatives that support customer growth and reinforce brand awareness.

After recently doubling its revenue since 2019, TCP, under newly appointed CEO Daryl Rolley, is expected to continue on an accelerated growth trajectory. With Snyder’s leadership, marketing and sales will partner strategically to scale the company’s go-to-market function.

Snyder joins TCP from Illuminate Education where she served as CMO. In this role, she led business development, services delivery, research and data sciences, product analytics, and marketing. Her extensive background in education technology also includes leadership roles at EduNav and Ellucian. Snyder began her career at Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ), spending 12 years at the company where she ultimately served as Global Business HR Director.
